You acknowledge that our routing services are provided as an automated navigational aid. While we endeavor to provide routes suitable for RVs and towing vehicles based on available data, you are solely responsible for:
RouteIQ LLC is not liable for any damages, accidents, injuries, violations, or losses resulting from reliance on route suggestions.
Vehicle Profile Responsibility:
Our Service tailors route suggestions based on the vehicle parameters (e.g., height, length, weight, and towing status) you input into your Vehicle Profile. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information in your Vehicle Profile is accurate, current, and reflects the actual dimensions and capabilities of your vehicle and trailer. Failure to maintain an accurate Vehicle Profile may result in route suggestions that are hazardous or unsuitable for your vehicle.
Johnny Pilot™ may generate AI-assisted recommendations, including but not limited to suggested routes, departure times, fuel stops, overnight locations, weather-related guidance, route modifications, travel timing, and other travel recommendations. These recommendations are generated using automated systems, algorithms, and available third-party data and are intended solely as decision-support tools.
AI-generated recommendations are not guarantees, instructions, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating all recommendations and making all travel, routing, fueling, and driving decisions.
Johnny Pilot™ relies upon data, services, and information provided by third parties, including but not limited to mapping providers, navigation providers, weather providers, fuel information providers, campground providers, traffic providers, and other location-based services.
RouteIQ LLC does not own, control, or independently verify the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of third-party information and makes no warranty regarding such information.
Fuel prices, fuel savings, cost estimates, reward calculations, cashback estimates, membership discounts, route optimization savings, and other financial projections displayed by the Service are estimates only.
Johnny Pilot™ may use regional fuel pricing, historical trends, publicly available information, user preferences, memberships, and proprietary scoring algorithms to estimate the most cost-effective fueling strategy. Actual fuel prices, discounts, rewards, availability, and realized savings may differ significantly from estimates.
Users remain solely responsible for verifying fuel prices, participating merchant eligibility, and any applicable discounts before making purchasing decisions.
Johnny Pilot™ may export routes, destinations, waypoints, or travel plans to third-party navigation applications. Third-party navigation providers may modify, optimize, reroute, remove, reorder, or otherwise alter the route originally generated by Johnny Pilot™. RouteIQ LLC is not responsible for route modifications or driving directions generated by third-party navigation applications.
Certain features may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, or early-access functionality. These features may contain errors, may not operate as intended, may change without notice, or may be discontinued at any time.
Johnny Pilot™ is not intended for emergency navigation or emergency response situations. In emergency situations, users should always follow the directions of emergency responders, law enforcement personnel, official traffic control devices, road signage, and applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RouteIQ LLC is NOT liable for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteIQ LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service; limit access or impose usage restrictions; update or change pricing (with notice); and modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any third-party integrations or data providers at any time.
All software, source code, algorithms, recommendation engines, scoring methodologies, artificial intelligence models, route optimization logic, databases, graphics, trademarks, service marks, designs, documentation, and other intellectual property associated with Johnny Pilot™ are owned by RouteIQ LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 Subscription Terms: Certain features of the Service, including the "Co-Pilot" ride-along dashboard, are available only through a paid subscription.
14.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on an auto-renewing basis. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew.
14.3 Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or through your mobile device's app store settings.
14.4 No Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
14.5 Subscription Pricing: RouteIQ LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing for future billing periods with advance notice.
14.6 Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, access to premium features will automatically terminate at the end of the trial period unless a paid subscription is purchased.
